Q: Do I need software to switch polling rate?

No, there is a button located on the bottom of the mouse that switches between 500hz and 1000hz. The default is set to 500hz.

Q: When will you be restocking Liftoff?

Liftoff will be a limited run. We do, however, have plans for a new exciting mouse to come by the end of Q1 2020.

Q: Do I need drivers?

Liftoff is tournament ready and requires no drivers to be installed.

Q: If I accidentally hit the ambidextrous buttons will that hurt my game?

Not at all! The buttons on the right side of the mouse are inert until you switch to left hand mode. You can switch between left and right hand modes by.

Q: Do you sell outside of the United States?

Currently we only sell in the United States, but we are looking to expand our shipping to international in the future.

Q: You don't have a phone number how long does it take to get an email response?

We are a small team, but dedicated to you. We expect no longer than 24-48 hour response time. We do, however, plan to answer all emails same day.

Q: Do you guys plan to sell any other gaming peripherals?

Who knows where this adventure will take us in the future, but for now, we plan to stick to one thing and do it really well.

Q: What sets you apart from everyone else?

We plan to be 100% transparent with you, good news or bad. We are driven to bring you quality products at a reasonable price. Nobody owns us, we can make products we really like without pushing it before its ready.

Q: How do I switch between left and right handed mode?

You can switch by pressing the middle mouse button and left mouse button at the same time. To switch back simply press the middle mouse button and right mouse button at the same time.

Q: My mouse doesn't glide smoothly over my mouse pad.

There is a thin film covering the mouse skates, remove that and your mouse should glide as intended!

Q: Is there software to adjust different settings on the mouse?

Not yet but we are developing that and hope to have it up soon!
